Terms of Service

Jamia Nagar Rent is a brokerage-free listing platform that connects tenants and property owners directly. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any rental agreement. We do not own, manage, inspect, or guarantee any property listed on the platform. Any rental arrangement is strictly between the tenant and the owner.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your listing details up to date.

• You may list a property only if you are the owner or are authorised by the owner to do so.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing — including rent, deposit, address, photos, and availability.
• You must not post false, misleading, duplicate, offensive, or unlawful content, or photos you do not have the right to use.
• We may remove any listing that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or inappropriate.

Owner contact details are shown to signed-in users so that tenants can reach owners directly. You agree to use these details only to enquire genuinely about the property, and not for spam, marketing, or any unlawful purpose.

The platform is free to use and charges no brokerage. We do not collect commission on any deal. Never pay brokerage to anyone claiming to represent Jamia Nagar Rent.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Post content that infringes others’ rights or violates any law.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or mislead other users.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of users, and we do not guarantee that any property is available, legal, or as described. You are responsible for verifying details, inspecting the property, and checking documents before entering into any agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamia Nagar Rent is not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising from your use of the platform or from any dealing between tenants and owners. Any dispute over a rental is solely between the tenant and the owner.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms or misuses the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
